Description

Kota Nagar Nigam has launched an essay writing competition for the citizens. The essay should capture the following key points.

• Top area / sector for improvement in Kota
• Importance of these priority sectors in future development of Kota
• Smart solutions and ideas to enable improvement in the priority sector (not more than 3)

Entries for the contest would be accepted till the midnight of 5th November, 2015. The best 3 entries would be declared as winners.

The prize money declared for the contest is as follows.

• 1^st prize: INR 25,000
• 2^nd prize: INR 15,000
• 3^rd prize: INR 10,000

For encouraging school students, dedicated prize money for best entries from school students is declared (1st prize: INR 5,000, 2nd prize: INR 3,000; 3rd prize: INR 2,000)

कोटा नगर निगम शहर के नागरिकों के लिए एक निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता का शुभारंभ किया है। निबंध को निम्न महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर कब्जा करना चाहिए।

• शीर्ष क्षेत्र / कोटा में सुधार के लिए क्षेत्र
• कोटा के भविष्य के विकास में इन प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों का महत्व
• स्मार्ट समाधान और विचारों को प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र (अधिक से अधिक 3) में सुधार करने के लिए सक्षम

सारी प्रविष्टियों को 5th नवंबर की आधी रात तक स्वीकार किया जाएगा। सबसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ 3 प्रविष्टियों को विजेता के रूप में घोषित किया जाएगा।

प्रतियोगिता के लिए घोषित पुरस्कार की राशि इस प्रकार है।

• 1 पुरस्कार: INR 25,000
• 2 पुरस्कार: INR 15,000
• 3 पुरस्कार: INR 10,000

इसके आलावा विद्यालय के छात्रों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए, छात्रों से आने वालीं सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रविष्टियों के लिए निर्धारित पुरस्कार की राशि इस प्रकार है।

• 1 पुरस्कार: INR 5,000
• 2 पुरस्कार: INR 3,000
• 3 पुरस्कार: INR 2,000

Terms and Conditions

• The contest is open for all citizens.
• Only entries with valid personal details will be considered for evaluation.
• Entries submitted post the last date for the contest would not be considered for evaluation.
• The specified word limit for the essay is 1,000 words.
• Multiple entries from the same individual are not allowed.
• The entries should be original and not in violation of any provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. In case of multiple entries with the same content, the entry which is submitted earlier would be considered.
• The winners would be decided by the Kota Nagar Nigam based on originality of the ideas, relevance to Kota city, ability to capture the character of Kota and aspirations of the citizens and implementability of the idea.
• The decision of Kota Nagar Nigam for selecting the winners shall be treated as Final.

• प्रतियोगिता सभी नागरिकों के लिए खुली है।
• प्रतियोगिता के लिए अंतिम तिथि के पश्यात प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियां का मूल्यांकन के लिए विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• निबंध के लिए निर्दिष्ट शब्द सीमा 1,000 शब्द है।
• एक ही व्यक्ति से एकाधिक प्रविष्टियों की अनुमति नहीं है।
• प्रविष्टियों भारतीय कॉपीराइट अधिनियम, 1957 के किसी प्रावधान का उल्लंघन मैं तथा किसी और के लेख की नक़ल नहीं होनी चाहिए। एक ही लेख के साथ कई प्रविष्टियों के मामले में पहले भी प्रस्तुत की है जो प्रवेश पर विचार किया जाएगा।
• कोटा नागरिकों की आकांक्षाओं के चरित्र पर कब्जा करने की क्षमता के लिए और कोटा शहर की प्रासंगिकता के आधार पर कोटा नगर निगम द्वारा निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
• विजेताओं के चयन के लिए कोटा नगर निगम का निर्णय अंतिम माना जाएगा।
